Can I vaporize essential oils in my IQ3?
No, the IQ3 is not intended to vaporize essential oils.
Does the IQ3 connect to water pipes?
Yes. The IQ3 comes pre-fitted with a Zirconia flat mouthpiece for discreet, hygienic use. To use your IQ3 with water filtration systems, remove the flat mouthpiece and replace it with the Zirconia 10mm Water Tool Adapter.
First, open the top cap of the IQ3 and remove the flat mouthpiece. Replace it with the 10mm Water Tool Adapter. Once you have installed your adapter, close the top cap, insert the 10mm adapter into your favorite water tool, and enjoy!
How can I increase the vapor density?
Here are helpful tips we recommend to increase your vapor density:
◦ Pack your material in the ceramic bowl firmly and draw slowly.
◦ Raise your temperature.
◦ Adjust the Ceramic Pearl when not packing a full bowl
What are the minimum and maximum temperatures of the IQ3 while in Precision Mode?

How do I control IQ3's temperature using Smart Paths?
Smart Paths are preset temperature experiences that gradually increase the temperature over an 8-minute session. Cycle through Smart Paths by pressing the up or down buttons.

What is Dosage Control?
Dosage Control offers precise cannabis management. IQ3’s dosage algorithm considers potency and quantity; dosage varies with temperature, draw length, and pauses. Draws last 12 seconds, and calculations are based on user input. *Actual measurements may vary.
How do I use Dose Control in the app?
(1) On the app, follow the prompts to connect your IQ3. (2) Input your strain information & amount of dry herb in your oven. (3) Add a maximum dose per session.
Your IQ3 will alert you when you’ve reached your desired dose within the app and on the IQ3’s LED screen.
How do I use Dose Control on the device?
1. Activate: Click the control button 2x within the first 2 minutes of turning on your IQ3.
2. Select Your Session:
Freshly Packed Oven — Click the control button 1x to confirm “NEW.”
2nd Oven — If your oven is in its second session, use the navigation buttons to select “2ND” and click the control button 1x to confirm.
3. THC Potency: The LED display will flash “THC” 1x, then begin flashing a numerical value.
New to On Device Dosage — If this is your first time setting up On Device Dosage, the preset value will be 20.
Previously used On Device Dosage — If you have previously used On Device Dosage, your IQ3 will remember your last session’s THC levels.
Use the navigation buttons to select your THC percentage level and click the control button 1x to confirm. If the THC value is “0”, the device will not calculate THC.
*High concentrate THC settings only calculate for 1 run while dry herb calculates for 2.
4. CBD Potency: The LED display will flash "CBD" 1x, then flash a numerical value.
New to On Device Dosage — If this is your first time setting up On Device Dosage, the preset value will be 0.0.
Previously used On Device Dosage — If you have previously used On Device Dosage, your IQ3 will remember your last session’s CBD levels.
Use the navigation buttons to select your CBD percentage level
(if none or unknown, select 0.0) and click the control button 1x to confirm. If the CBD potency value is 0.0 the device will not calculate CBD.
5. Amount Loaded: The LED display will flash an oven.
THC > 50 — If you have chosen a THC potency GREATER than 50, a small oven will be displayed to indicate use of concentrate.
THC < 50 — If you have chosen a THC potency LOWER than 50, a large oven will be displayed to indicate use of dry herb.
Use the navigation buttons to select the loaded amount in your oven and click the control button 1x to confirm.
How do I charge the IQ3?
The IQ3 is equipped with a 21700 removable battery, which provides 2 charging methods:

Helpful Tip: For safe storage, always remove your battery when your IQ3 is not in use. This will help avoid battery damage and/or corrosion.
What is the charge time for IQ3?
IQ3's charge time is approximately 3 hours.
Can the IQ3 be used while charging?
Yes, the IQ3 is equipped with pass through charging, so you can use it while charging. Pass-through charging may be paused to protect the device when overheating is detected.
With a replaceable battery, you have the option of putting a new battery in while the low battery recharges.
What battery powers the IQ3?
The IQ3 is powered by a 4000 mAh - 21700 removable Lithium-Ion battery.
How long does the 21700 Lithium-Ion battery last?
The battery lasts up to 90 minutes but will vary by the desired temperature preferences.
Helpful Tips:
◦ Disconnecting Bluetooth when not in use will save battery life. Bluetooth will automatically disconnect from the device when less than 10% of the battery capacity remains.
◦ Your IQ3 will vibrate when 10% battery remains.

How do I clean the IQ3?
To keep your IQ3 working optimally, we recommend regularly cleaning parts that encounter vapor using 70%+ isopropyl alcohol and/or water.
For Non-Removable Parts: Use a cotton swab dipped in 70%+ isopropyl alcohol to clean.
For Removable Parts: Soak the Mouthpiece, Cool Core, Flavor Chamber & its cap, and the 10mm Water Tool Adapter. Wipe the silicone Mouthpiece Gasket and the
silicone Flavor Chamber Cap O-ring.
Ceramic parts may be soaked overnight; do not soak silicone parts for prolonged periods of time. Rinse removable parts with water and allow them to dry thoroughly.
Do not submerge the device in liquid or use abrasive materials to clean the device, oven, or vapor path, as damage may occur.
What is a "Burn-Off"cycle, and do I need to do one?
A "Burn-Off" cycle is the process of removing residual odors, chemicals, and any materials left in your oven after cleaning. You should perform a burn-off cycle anytime you want to remove residual odors and loosen cleaning material, especially after thoroughly cleaning your IQ3.

The mouthpiece and 10mm Water Tool Adapter are crafted from Zirconia ceramic, renowned for its durability and ability to provide a cooling effect when vaping.
What material is the Flavor Chamber made of?
The flavor chamber is crafted from black polished zirconia ceramic. This multifunctional chamber not only serves as an advanced cooling unit for vapor but also doubles

Is the ceramic bowl removable?
No, IQ3's ceramic bowl is not removable.
What is IQ3’s warranty?
DaVinci warrants the IQ3 (not its accessories) against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of ten (10) years from the date of retail purchase by the original end-user purchaser with proof of purchase. If a physical defect arises and a claim is received within the warranty period, at its option and to the extent permitted by law, DaVinci will either (1) Repair the product defect or (2) Exchange the product with a product that is new or is functionally equivalent. The customer is responsible for bearing the cost of freight to receive warranty support.
The limited warranty does not apply to normal performance degradation of materials, wear and tear of hinges and mouthpieces, or neglect to adhere to cleaning instructions. What's the difference between the IQ and IQ2?
The IQ2 now has an Air Dial for control of your air-draw flow as well as the ability to measure dosage and track with the new and improved DaVinci mobile app.
Can the IQ2 be used while charging?
The IQ2 can be used while charging the device although the time for the battery to be charged will increase. We advise to carry extra batteries that are charged for easy on-the-go vaping. Purchase extra batteries and the DaVinci external battery charger from our accessories shop.
What material is the air path made from?
The air path is made with black polished zirconia ceramic.
What material is the oven bowl made from?
The oven bowl is made with polished alumina ceramic.
Is the oven bowl removable?
No.
How long will it take for my IQ2 to fully heat up?
The IQ2 has an average heat-up time of 24-30 seconds, depending on your set temperature or Smart Path.
How do I use the air dial?
Turn the dial on bottom lid counterclockwise to increase air flow and to decrease draw resistance until your desired level is reached. To increase vapor density, decrease air flow and increase draw resistance, turn the air dial clockwise.
Why does my IQ2 become hot?
The device getting hot is normal. The device must be in constant use while it is on, otherwise it will become very hot if left unattended.If you have to pause while in use or when setting the device down, we recommend powering the device off completely so it ceases to produce vapor.

Can the IQC be used while charging?
Yes, the IQC can be used while charging. With a replaceable battery, you have the option of putting a new battery in while the low battery recharges.
Can I change my IQC to read in celsius?
Yes, press and hold all three buttons for 10 seconds. Your IQC will vibrate and confirm on the 51 LED Light Grid Display your change. This also can be easily adjusted in the DaVinci Mobile App.
Can I vaporize essential oils in my IQC?
Yes, but you must use a dosage pod and ceramic extract disc, sold separately. We do not however recommend that you vaporize straight essential oils as they are too strong and require a carrier oil. Please consult an expert before attempting this.

No, because of the newly added 4 light feature on the MIQRO-C the device is unable to display any hidden words.

How do I know when the battery is 100% charged?
The LED light will indicate the battery percentage while your device is charging:
- Flashing RED LED = 0% - 30% Charged
- Flashing BLUE LED = 30% - 60% Charged
- Flashing Green LED = 60% - 99% Charged

What is the carb function?
The carb function allows you to fully clear any remaining vapor in the elongated air path. We recommend to utilize the carb function at the end of your session to prevent possible clogging. To initiate the carb function, simply press and hold the control button and inhale any remaining vapor. ARTIQ’s heart will flatline while carbing.
Why is my ARTIQ not producing vapor but still vibrating and flashing red?
If your ARTIQ isn't producing vapor, but vibrating while the LED light is flashing red, this indicates a "No Atomizer Warning". This signals that there is a connectivity issue between the cartridge and the atomizer. To resolve this, (1) confirm your collar and cartridge are tightly connected and combined with the atomizer (2) perform a proper cleaning on your device. Specifically, the bottom of your cart and the area around the connector to remove any residual resin. The ARTIQ will indicate a positive connection by displaying the green LED light (the device will not vibrate). Once you're connected, you're back on track to enjoying ultra cool vapor.
What cartridges are compatible with the ARTIQ?
The ARTIQ works with most bottom airflow 510-threaded cartridges. The standard size capacity is: 0.3g, 0.5g, and 1g cartridges.
Does the ARTIQ have an app?
No, ARTIQ does not have an app.
