The DaVinci promises to shake up the market for vaporizers. Unlike its larger brethren, the DaVinci is completely portable. It boasts a sleek, handheld form and smokeless functionality. It has digital temperature control so that it can be used with any cured plant matter, and even has a storage compartment built into it. Anyone who needs to purchase a vaporizer this year needs to take a serious look at the DaVinci.

Initially teased by Asus in the first half of 2011, the company finally unveiled more about the device at this year's CES. As the name implies, it's a full-featured Android smartphone that can dock into a specially made tablet. The tablet can then be docked into another keyboard accessory, transforming it into a laptop. This setup promises to bring down the cost of owning all three mobile devices, and we can't wait to see it hit the market.

3. Sony Personal - 3D Viewer:

Sony has taken the HDTV and shrunk it down to make it an on-the-go device. The device combines a visor form function with an HD screen and speakers. The result is a home theater that fits over the user's head. It has a relatively high price point, but it is definitely worth it for some people.

4. Fujifilm X-Pro 1:

Despite the rise of smartphones with 8-megapixel cameras and amazing sensors, the digital camera market is still thriving. The X-Pro 1 is a good example of why. It features interchangeable lenses and takes photos at an incredible 16 megapixels. With other functions that let users fine-tune their exposure, the X-Pro 1 looks like one of the most solid digital cameras of the year.

5. PlayStation Vita:

Sony's newest handheld PlayStation suffered a number of setbacks, but it's finally here and it's amazing. It has the same buttons and thumbsticks that PlayStation fans already know and love, but combines that form factor with a beautiful 5-inch touchscreen. Its cloud gaming capabilities let gamers play over AT&T's 3G network. When it comes to mobile gaming, nothing is touching the PlayStation Vita.
